This phenomenal festival was the brainchild of Andrei Kataev, owner of the Sayan Ring Travel Agency. He and his associate Nataliya Myazina organized an amazing week filled with music, laughter, cultural activities and LOTS of vodka toasts for Ms. Chanderia and her fellow judges.
