This well-respected cantor is also one of contemporary classical's most important and versatile composers. His work ranges from arrangements of traditional Jewish pieces to collaborations with rock bands to the stunning oratorio Souls on Fire (ZC Music Group) which was written with librettist Aryeh Finklestein and narrated by Leonard Nimoy. His work has been performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., and he recently completed a guitar concerto for Australian virtuoso Roland Chadwick.
