The 1950s live on in the rare recordings of Ram Records. Based in Shreveport, Louisiana, Ram Records features not only historical recordings, but also contemporary releases of country artists such as Maggie Lewis Warwick, who was a regular performer on the legendary Louisiana Hayride radio show. Most of the recordings were produced by Ms. Mira Smith, an artist herself, who built her first recording studio in 1955 and engineered some of the best rock 'n roll records around -- unheard of for a woman of the 1950s. HEG is proud to be working with RAM Records to bring these wonderful recordings to a new audience.
